We are a Venture Builder. This means that we are continuously launching and building new digital companies from one parent company – Duodeka.

 

There is a lot involved in founding a digital startup: concepting, validation, product development, software development, raising funding, marketing, etc. etc. Within Duodeka we have all these skills in our in-house venture building team. To make our team even stronger, we are looking for you.

About the position

You are the support for our management team and our ventures. Your administrative tasks will involve: finances, sales, human resources, event organization, and legal matters.

What we are looking for

Must haves

  • Minimum HBO-level education or equivalent
  • Proactive and presentable
  • Experience in general administrative work
  • You are available part-time with flexibility (16 to 24 hours per week)
  • You work with precision and structure
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English languages
  • You can independently solve problems

Should haves

  • You feel comfortable with accounting systems and financial dashboards.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset

Nice to haves

  • Experience with cloud services such as Google Suite & Pipedrive
  • Living in the Tilburg area
