First about Duodeka

Duodeka is a Venture Builder and combats the high startup fail rate. With a group of experienced entrepreneurs we launch and build B2B SaaS companies. We accelerate this in-house to € 1M ARR.

We co-found these B2B SaaS companies with experienced entrepreneurs (venture leads) who focus on commercial growth. Our venture building team has all the other necessary skills.

The venture building team has repetitive experience, specifically in building B2B SaaS companies. In addition, the team is attuned to each other and can be used flexibly. This, in combination with having Flystart (accelerated software development) and countless manuals, templates and processes, makes Duodeka an exceptional company building flywheel.

Position

You are responsible for ensuring the long-term financial success of Duodeka and ventures, by proposing and implementing changes to the funding strategy and taking the lead in the overall funding development.

You act as the first point of contact for our funding activities and thus actively contribute to the expansion of our venture portfolio. In terms of funding, our proposition mainly focuses on entrepreneurs / angel investors. You get to work to collect funding for Duodeka (possibly as a fund) and funding for the Duodeka ventures (possibly from fund), so that the ventures can grow faster.

In addition, you act as the first point of contact for our commercial activities and thus actively contribute to the expansion of our venture portfolio. You scout venture leads for our in-house ventures and new startups to catch up with our venture builder.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience with financing, raising funding, possibly. acquisitions / sales of companies, ideally in the SaaS, platform, startup world
• 5+ years of commercial experience in the world of software, SaaS, platforms
• A broad network in the (international) startup, SaaS & investment industry
• Entrepreneurial spirit, informal business attitude, hands-on mentality
